Toast in Louisville KY

The 1st time was awesome the waitress was spot on with service and the lemons souffle pancakes just the way to start Sunday morning, wel let's say the best service I have had in some years. And I know service because I have worked in 4 star French and Italian along with 5 star German restaurants.

Well here goes my second adventure to toast? ..............................................
And the luck of the draw is Trent for my waiter. I order the steak and eggs and the steak can't be cooked charred rare the restaurant only has a flat top grill.
I will say the tomato chutney was very nice, the only type of preserves was the smucker's nothing special, and the fruit was basic cantilope, honey dew and some red grapes where is the strawberries?
The meat was very small and unseasoned
Yet Britney appeared at my table with fresh cracked pepper.
As I neared the end of my meal I realized that I wanted something additional .....................
So I looked around for my waiter Trent for a minute or two seemed like he was way too busy talking to the other wait staff behind the coffee counter to notice me or better yet anyone.
So the next waitress that came by was Allison she seemed attentive and I placed a order with her for
The ever famous lemons souffle pancakes, they came I ate I was happy. And of course Britney delivered again.
Trent informed me that he had to go the restroom as to why he didn't deliver the meal. Way too much info.
The first meal was very little better than a Waffle house restaurant.
But the pancakes are in a class by their self.
